Hello Angelo What a amazing home i love the neighborhood i love that its a cated cumunety and love it that the man in the car opend the door for you What a amazing view You can see the mountain s and the las Vegas Strip i love it I love the exterior of the home i love the kitchen its a spacious kitchen and i love the bleu grey on the closets I love the living room area. The HOA fee is specific to the community of Talvona itself. For new homes, it is rare to find one without an HOA fee. For older homes, there are still those without HOA fee. Would you consider older homes without HOA and no master plan fee? I know a lot of them but they are not new homes.
